- Monopoly Distribution Rights: Monopoly rights granted for PCD franchise operations are territory-specific (District/State level) as defined in the signed agreement.
- Product Quality Standards: All pharmaceutical formulations are manufactured at WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities with DCGI approvals.
- Orders & Payment: Orders are processed against verified advance payment or mutually agreed credit terms. All payments must be deposited directly into Riomedica Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. official bank accounts.
- Product Prices: Prices are subject to revision based on raw material costs and regulatory ceiling adjustments by NPPA.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, trade names, brand names (such as Riomedica, Kyrion Cosmeceuticals, Koritos Healthcare), packaging designs, visual aids, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Riomedica Healthcare Pvt.
